The last thing we need in the workplace is constant reinforcement of women as children… Person #3: (smiling, talking to Persons #2 and #4) Are you girls ready for the client meeting this afternoon? It doesn’t mean that those people are wrong or weak, it just means that we don’t feel the same way about it.
